A loft in an electric station

Lisa and Joel Santos had waived their dream purchase and renovation, has inabouties research strength. All they saw was too expensive or too poor condition to be hoped to make something good. But while walking along the railway line, they glimpses a sign «for sale» on the type of building they dreamed for a long time: a disused electrical switching station. «We are looking at, and we knew immediately that we had found the house of our dreams,» says Lisa. The totality of the building was not for sale but the two lofts in the interior, a huge space with an entree, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a beautiful lateral yard. The space has been renovated by a team of architects who had retains all the elements of its industrial past.

I always enjoy the views from a mezzanine. It’s a very nice loft.
